There are three (3) categories of membership:
Full Member: Includes those who serve as Directors or faculty at ATS accredited institutions which have or are developing a Doctor of Ministry program. Full membership benefits include opportunities to attend webinars held throughout the year, engagement in peer groups, access to the ADME journal, opportunities to submit papers for the conference and journal, as well as attendance at the annual conference (with separate registration and fees). Full members present at the annual business meeting are eligible to vote on all matters that come before the assembly and be elected to the Executive Board. Only Full Members are eligible to receive awards.
Affiliate/Student Member: Includes those who have paid their annual dues for affiliate membership. These members are invited to attend the annual conference, receive all ADME mailings including the journal, and to submit papers for both the conference and journal. Affiliate members are not eligible to vote in annual meetings or serve on the Executive Board.
Institutional Member: Includes those ATS institutions which either already have DMin programs or are in the process of developing them and who have paid their annual dues for Institutional Membership. These members are entitled to complimentary annual library subscription to the journal and to post DMin Director positions on the ADME website. Other positions may be posted for a fee.

If a registrant is unable to attend the ADME conference for any reason they may substitute, by arrangement with the registrar, someone else from the same institution/organization.
Where the registrant is unable to attend, and is not in a position to transfer his/her place to another person then the following refund arrangements apply:
Notification must be emailed to the ADME Office. The date of email will identify the date of cancellation request. All cancellation request must be emailed to firstname.lastname@example.org.
